Fifth Reunion of the TOP 500 Innovators Program Alumni

Alison Dilworth, Economic Counselor at the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw, took part in the welcome ceremony for the fifth reunion of the TOP 500 Innovators program alumni.

TOP 500 Innovators V Reunion hosted two distinguished American speakers:  John Spence, laureate TOP 100 Business Thought Leader in America and Spencer Penhart, Penhart Performance Group. They gave lecture on “Leadership in start-ups” and were invited to Poland by the U.S. Consulate General in Krakow.

The program, which concluded a year ago, sent 500 young and promising scientists to internships at Stanford, Berkely and Cambridge.  The goal of the program, created by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education with cooperation from the U.S. and British Embassies, was to enable participants to gain valuable experience towards creating an innovative ecosystem back here in Poland. One of the initiatives of the TOP 500 Innovators Association is the Polish-American Innovation Bridge (in Polish: Polsko-Amerykanski Most Innowacji, or PAMI), held for the third time this year in Krakow.  We wish all TOP 500 Innovators alumni many fruitful meetings and successes in the future!
