Demonstration Alert – U.S. Consulate General, Krakow (January 31, 2024) 

Location:  Poland – Central Krakow Area 

Event:  On Saturday, February 3, 2024, a demonstration titled “Solidarity Gathering with the Palestinian People” will begin at 15:00 at the Main Square in Krakow and proceed to the U.S. Consulate General on Stolarska street between 15:00 to 17:00.  Krakow Police approved a demonstration permit for 300 people and will be present throughout the event.  The U.S. Consulate General will be closed at the time of the demonstration. 

We encourage U.S. citizens to review our Worldwide Caution.  U.S. citizens are strongly encouraged to maintain a high level of vigilance and practice good situational awareness when traveling abroad especially during holiday festivals or public events.
