Demonstration Alert – U.S. Embassy, Warsaw (September 29, 2023)
Location: Downtown Warsaw, beginning at Dmowski Roundabout, proceeding north and ending at Radoslaw Roundabout (Rondo Radoslawa).
Event: A demonstration organized by the Civic Coalition Party and known as the “March of a Million Hearts” is scheduled to take place Sunday, October 1, 2023, between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. It is expected to draw large crowds. Police expect the demonstration to be peaceful. However, anyone traveling in or near the march’s pathway should expect serious traffic congestion and significant delays. Public transportation may be crowded as well.
