Scope of service:

  • Disassemble unit’s exhaust gas installation
  • Provide and install gantry crane for raising/moving generator
  • Replacement of faulty shaft seal
  • Re-install generator and exhaust gas assembly
  • Start and test generator
  • Replacement of heating element and flexible hoses

Prospective contractor must meet security requirements such as erecting caution tapes to ensure a safe work area. The work area must be left clean and excess materials are to be removed by the contractor.

The Embassy of the United States of America will hold a Public Auction on Saturday, July 27 at 10:00 a.m. Everyone 12 years of age and over is welcome! The location is 66A Bokserska Street, near the Galeria Mokotów Shopping Mall.  We will be selling used residential furniture, office equipment and other items. Items may be examined at the Bokserska warehouse on the morning of the sale from 8 to 10 a.m. Payments must be in cash, and in Polish zlotys only, with all payments made at the time of purchase.  All merchandise must be removed within one hour after the completion of the auction. All items sold “as-is” with no guarantees or returns. Persons under 12 years of age will not be admitted in the auction.

The contractor must be an experienced law firm which hires the lawyers registered with the relevant professional lawyers’ association (Chamber of Advocates or Legal Advisors: Izba Adwokacka or Izba Radców Prawnych) in Poland.  Each lawyer who will personally perform services under the awarded contract must be fluent in written and spoken English and have at least five (5) years of proven experience as a fully qualified lawyer (advocate or legal advisor) in providing legal services in the field of labor law to public institutions and/or large companies using the English language.

Bid validity: All bids must be valid for 90 days from the closing date of this solicitation.

DUNS, NCAGE and SAM Registration: Prospective contractor must obtain a DUNS and NCAGE number. This solicitation requires registration with System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
