The U.S. Embassy in Warsaw, Poland intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for cook services to prepare and serve meals on a daily basis at the official residence of the U.S.  Marine Security Guards in Warsaw, Poland.

The prospective contract will cover menu planning, food preparation and cooking services for eight residents at the Marine Security Guards house in Warsaw, Poland for a period of five years starting on or about March 1, 2021.

Only qualified companies, specializing in the cooking services with a valid permit/license should apply for a solicitation package.

Interested offerors may request a solicitation package (RFQ) by sending an email to warsawproc@state.gov.   The email shall include the solicitation number 19PL9021Q0004 in the subject line and shall contain the following information:

  • Company’s name and address,
  • Contact details – email address and phone numbers,
  • Company’s profile,
  • Company’s prior experience in provision of cooking services in Poland,
  • Business registration documents and local permits to perform cooking services in Poland.

All work requirements and instructions for submission of the price proposals will be stated in the solicitation package (RFQ), which will be sent to the qualified offerors upon receipt of their interest no later than January 28, 2021.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. We intend to award the contract based on initial bids, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

The prospective contract is subject to the U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations and the prospective contractor must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) before the award. Registration information is available under the link below:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 19PL9021Q0001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation.

The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect FAC 2005-55.

Services to be acquired:

Third party basic obligatory liability insurance for Government Owned Vehicles used by the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw and Consulate General in Krakow (estimated number of vehicles 85)

The period of service is January 31st, 2021 through January 30th, 2022.

The Consulate General in Krakow intends to issue a Request for quotation (RFQ) for security services at the US Government properties in Krakow. The prospective contract will cover monitoring, installation, maintenance and repair of alarm systems at twelve residences located in Krakow for a period of three years starting on/about February 1, 2021.

Only qualified companies, specializing in the security services with a valid permit/license to operate in Poland, should apply for a solicitation package.
