The International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) is Poland’s annual national defense exhibition supported by the Polish Government through the Ministry of National Defense. It is Central Europe’s largest defense trade show.

Step #1- Register with ODC Warsaw
Register for MSPO here no later than 15 AUGUST: https://einvitations.afit.edu/inv/index.cfm?i=758072&k=05644A097C55
The ONLY way for official U.S. Government delegations/visitors to secure a zero-cost ticket is to register via the link above. ALL USG delegations/visitors MUST register here NO LATER THAN 15 August in order to receive an MSPO ticket. In response, ODC will obtain appropriate visitor tickets for each member of your delegation.
Step #2- Reserve your Hotel Room
U.S. Government Delegations: Distinguished Visitors and delegations should make a hotel reservation directly with the Sheraton Grand Warsaw using the booking link below to ensure you receive the U.S. Embassy-negotiated rate.

Reservation Deadline: 31 JULY
NOTE: To ensure accommodations at the negotiated rates, ODC Warsaw urges visitors to make arrangements before these deadlines. ODC has blocked a sufficient number of hotel rooms for U.S. Government Distinguished Visitors and delegations. All remaining rooms will be released back to the hotels after the deadline. Step #3 – Submit your Country Clearance
COUNTRY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED.

Service dress uniforms and Business Attire. EXCEPTION: Aircrew and support personnel.
MSPO 2023 Official Business Tickets
An official tradeshow ticket is required to gain entry to the MSPO grounds. To ensure you receive a ticket, register with the ODC (Step #1 above) and submit your country clearance request as required (Step #3 above) as soon as possible.
NOTE: Please be prepared to provide a government-issued photo ID (DoD CAC Card, Passport, Driver’s License, etc.) at the entrance to the show.

Transportation
An ODC-contracted bus will be provided for USG personnel between the Sheraton Grand Warsaw hotel and the trade show on 5 & 6 September only. Transit to the show takes approximately 2-2,5 hours depending on traffic conditions. Uniforms may be worn on ODC-contracted bus transportation. A final shuttle schedule will be provided closer to the event.
Official Events and Receptions
Official receptions are by invitation only. Invitations to the official MSPO opening day ceremony and evening reception will be extremely limited in number and distributed by ODC Warsaw.
Embassy Access
The U.S. Embassy is not open to the public. Access is controlled for security reasons and limited to official business only. ODC will not be able to support any visits to the Embassy on September 5-6. For anyone planning to attend the optional Hotwash in the Embassy on September 7, please notify ODC Warsaw NLT August 25.
