CONSULAR OUTREACH IN WROCLAW

The U.S. Consulate in Krakow is pleased to announce that it will conduct consular outreach in Wrocław on September 21, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m, at the American Corner, Rynek 58, Wrocław.

PASSPORTS AND NOTARIALS

U.S. citizens may schedule an appointment to apply for a passport and to get notarial services.  All services will be available by appointment only from 10:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.  Please schedule your appointment by 3:00 p.m. on September 19, 2023.  To schedule an appointment, please call us at: (12) 424 5100.

Further details on required forms and documents for passport services can be found on our website at https://pl.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services.  Please make sure to complete all required forms before your appointment.  Please bring originals and photocopies of your/your children’s current passports (and children’s birth certificates) with you to the appointment. The payment in the exact amount in US currency will be accepted at the time of the appointment.  Only cash payment will be accepted.
