Three and a half years ago the European Union and the U.S. have begun negotiations on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP). Today – after numerous announcements about closing the negotiations – it seems that future of this agreement is in serious impasse, despite bilateral belief in TTIP’s strategic importance for transatlantic relations as well as political and economic relations in the world.
European Movement Forum (Poland) and the Institute of International Studies (Collegium of Socio-Economics) at the Warsaw School of Economics invite to debate of US and EU experts “Towards a new logic of the EU-US relations: analyzing the strategic importance of TTIP”, December 7th, 11:00 am – 14:30 pm, Warsaw School of Economics, Al. Niepodległości 162, building G (main building), Hall VIII, 3rd floor. U.S. Embassy Warsaw, Representation of the European Commission in Poland and the Adenauer Foundation in Poland are partners of the debate. Please sign up online until December 5th, 2016, through this registration form. Full information about the conference can be also found here.
