GREEN CITIES: How to Reclaim a City Center?

A downtown area – office buildings and parking lots or human-friendly spaces? How do citizens reclaim city centers in Poland and in the United States? Please join us for a second public debate at the Koszykowa Library in Warsaw on April 26 at 18:00. Polish experts and NGO activists will be joined by an alumna of a State Department exchange program.
