Kinga Stanislawska

Kinga Stanislawska is the co-Founder of Experior Venture Fund (EVF), the leading Polish Venture Capital fund and the only VC fund in Europe which is founded by women. On a day to day basis she responsible for Fund’s operations, including deal sourcing, value creation and mentoring in investments, supervision of exits from investments, obtaining debt financing for portfolio companies as well as for relations with the Fund’s 29 investors.  EVF has made 16 investments to date in fast growing technology companies as well as one spectacular exit in the fintech sector.  Kinga is the Vice President of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and is a member of the European Innovation Council – High Level Group working with European Commissioner Carlos Moedas. Kinga has been working in investments, banking and finance for the past 17 years. Her experience encompasses direct equity investments (private equity and mezzanine) as well as investment banking (M&A, capital raising in the form of private and public equity, financing) and investment supervision. Today she sits on the boards of XTRF Management Systems, Tourmedica, WeGirls, iTaxi, tylko, Comsose and Luna.  Previously, she was the non executive independent board member for public companies including ATM SA and NFI Magna Polonia.  Kinga is active in supporting women led companies – Kinga is a mentor in Vital Voices and Foundation for Women Entrepreneurship. Kinga is a graduate from UMIST (UK), IECS (France), Warsaw University and Harvard Business School.
