Event: The third edition of the European Games will take place in the greater Krakow region from June 21 through July 2, 2023. Organizers of the games expect close to 80,000 tourists and competitors in the region. There will be several events taking place in Krakow’s main square. Traffic patterns will be impacted during this period and major road closures are scheduled especially near the stadiums and along event routes. Travelers can expect limited ride-share service and surge pricing. The games will consist of 29 separate disciplines and will take place in Krakow, Rzeszow, Zakopane, Wroclaw, Oswiecim, Tarnow, Krzeszowice, Chorzow, Krynica-Zdroj, Nowy-Targ, Nowy Sacz, Bielsko-Biala, and Myslenice.
