Join us at U.S. Embassy Warsaw’s American Night
The U.S. Embassy will host its first-ever American Night at the Hard Rock Cafe Warsaw on September 28, 2022, from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm. In recognition of Absentee Voting Week, this premiere event will provide U.S. citizens with the tools and resources to participate in the 2022 U.S. mid-term elections. Consular officers from the U.S. Embassy will be present to assist with voter registration, absentee ballot completion, and the mailing of ballots to the United States.
The expat community will have an opportunity to learn more about services provided to U.S. citizens regarding passport renewal, federal benefits, transmission of citizenship to children, documenting a birth overseas as a U.S. citizen, and visas. Representatives from the Polish-U.S. Fulbright Commission will be available to discuss opportunities for studying in the U.S. Additionally, the Warsaw Tourist Office will share information on attractions, events, and things to do while exploring Warsaw. U.S. Ambassador to Poland, Mark Brzezinski, will make brief remarks.
We hope to see you there!
Note: The Hard Rock Cafe is located next to the Złote Tarasy Shopping Mall in Warsaw.
We encourage U.S. citizens planning to vote at the Hard Rock Cafe to request their voting district’s absentee ballot now, though you can vote even if you do not receive it by the time of the event. To learn more about voting overseas, go to the Federal Voting Assistance Program’s (FVAP) website, FVAP.gov. You may also review our previous voting message for guidance here. If you have any questions about registering to vote overseas, please contact U.S. Embassy Warsaw’s Voting Assistance Officer at +48 22 504 2784, or at acswarsaw@state.gov.
