Polish cadets met with the U.S. UK and Romanian soldiers from Battle Group Poland’s ready platoon at Bemowo Piskie Training Area. During a static display of military equipment at the training site, multinational soldiers taught cadets from the War Studies University in Warsaw how to operate various equipment including a howitzer. The battle group is in Poland as part of NATO’s enhanced Forward Presence . The U.S., U.K. and Romanian soldiers of the multinational unit have been very active in interacting with citizens to make them aware of their presence and to inform about the battle group’s mission in support of NATO’s enhanced Forward Presence.
