New Application Fees

Nonimmigrant and immigrant visa application fees for certain visa categories changed on September 12, 2014.  You may find a full list of U.S. visa fees by clicking here.

Except for the fiance and nonimmigrant visa application fee, all fees are payable at the consular section only. All fees can be paid in U.S. dollars or the equivalent in Polish currency at the Embassy’s exchange rate. They are payable in cash or by a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Novus/Discover or Diners only) for nationals of E.U. States. Checks are not accepted. None of the fees are refundable. Note: Applicants from non-E.U. countries may only pay in cash.

Nonimmigrant Visas (NIV)

USD 500 Fraud prevention and detection for visa applicant in the L blanket petition abroad only (principal applicant only). To be paid at the consular cashier only.

Immigrant Visas (IV)

In September 2014, the U.S. Department of State implemented a revision of consular fees for certain immigrant and non-immigrant visas processing as well as for certain other consular services. Please check the Department’s website for details and the full schedule of new fees.
