Hours of Operation
The IV Unit in Warsaw is open for visa appointments from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Polish and American holidays and one working day of each month: October 20 and November 17, 2016, as well as January 26, February 16, March 30, April 27, May 25, June 29, July 27, August 31, September 28, October 26 and November 30, 2017. Operator assisted immigrant visa information (+48 22 625 1042) will be unavailable on those days.
Visas for residents of Poland are returned to applicants by TNT courier service after they register at http://www.ustraveldocs.com/pl/. You can choose either Premium Delivery (for additional 24 PLN paid directly to TNT on delivery to your home address in Poland) or you can select a TNT pick-up location before you come for your interview. For non-residents the designated visa pick-up location is the TNT office in Warsaw, 19 Annopol Street. We encourage applicants not to finalize travel plans until they receive their visa and documents from the Embassy. The visa packet is a sealed manila envelope containing documents. Please do not open the visa packet.

Special Notice for Applicants from Outside Poland:
Applying for an immigrant visa at the Embassy in Warsaw will require at least one trip to Poland and a 2 to 3 days’ stay in Warsaw, and in some cases multiple trips. More Information (PDF – 73.1 kb)
All K visa applicants have to register with the GSS service, schedule the visa appointment and choose their visa pick-up option, before coming to the Embassy.
