Manhattan Transfer Pianist Headlines 10th Jewish Culture Festival in Bialystok

A graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, Gershovsky has been Musical Director and pianist/keyboardist for the world-renowned vocal group, Manhattan Transfer, for 30 years.  Among his arrangements for Manhattan Transfer was the Grammy award winning song, “Why Not.”

Gershovsky will perform with Polish jazz musicians Adam Czerwinski and Tomasz Kupiec on June 13, at the Opera and Filharmonia Podlaska, and conduct workshops for aspiring  Polish musicians.
